Do you allow International Order Returns?

Orders that were shipped to international destinations are not eligible for refunds or exchanges since the shipping costs are too high. The only exception is if you receive jewellery that is broken.Although we take great care to package our products safely, if your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the broken item through email or WhatsApp within 12 hours of receiving it. Without an unpacking photo or video supplied within 12 hours of receiving the package, no claim for damage or a missing product will be honored. When we get the damaged item from you, if the product is proven to be defective or wrong, we will send a replacement. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
