How do i return a Jewellery Product?

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please send us back the jewellery carefully packed to keep it safe from damage, and send it to the following address. Once you send us the courier, please send us an email on info@adaezze.com, mentioning “Return of Order….” in the subject line. Please mention the names of the products you are returning, the reason for return, and provide us a tracking number for the courier. We will notify you once we receive the returns. You can exchange an item purchased on Adaezze Ndira with another item of same or higher value (paying the difference in price) once we recieved the returned product not before that. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
