What if I receive a damaged product?

We take great care to package our products safely, however if your order arrives with damaged goods, please send us a picture of the broken item by mail or WhatsApp within 12 hours of receiving it.
Without an unpacking photo or video that is supplied within 12 hours of receiving the package, no claim for damage or a missing product will be honored. If the product is discovered to be incorrect or damaged, we will send a replacement once we have received the erroneous item from you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
